Because let’s be honest, our families eat- a lot!

Sometimes I am really surprised by how much my children eat, and I will forever be shocked every time they say they are hungry 30–1hr after eating!

Memes aside, let’s get into these yummy family-friendly dishes, that they will hopefully love.

Grilled Chicken Skewers

Grilled Chicken Skewers: Marinate chunks of chicken in a tangy sauce and thread them onto skewers. Grill until cooked through and serve with a side of fresh vegetables or rice.

BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwich

This yummy sandwich can be served as lunch or dinner all you have to do is slow-cook pork shoulder with your favorite BBQ sauce until it’s tender and easy to pull apart. Serve it on buns with coleslaw for a classic summer sandwich.

Fish Tacos

That picture looks so good, doesn’t it? Grill or pan-sear white fish fillets and serve them in soft tortillas with shredded cabbage, salsa, and a squeeze of lime. It’s a light and flavorful summer meal.

Grilled Vegetable Quesadillas

This is one of my favorite things to eat no matter the time of year! Grill a variety of vegetables like bell peppers, zucchini, and onions, then layer them with cheese between tortillas. Cook until the cheese melts and serve with salsa or guacamole.

Chicken Caesar Wraps

Yummm, I could literally eat these pictures! Grill or pan-sear chicken breasts and slice them into strips. Wrap them in whole wheat tortillas with romaine lettuce, tomatoes, Caesar dressing, and grated Parmesan cheese. It’s a satisfying and healthy wrap for summer lunches.

Summer Berry Parfait

So delicious! Layer fresh berries like strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries with yogurt and granola in individual glasses. It’s a colorful and delicious dessert that’s perfect for summer gatherings.

Let me know if you have tried any of these quick recipes or plan on trying them this summer with your families!

Don’t forget to follow! :) Trust me, it’s worth it!
